I started selling real estate in 1997 with a large independent regional company. In 1998 I moved to a Century 21 office which later became one of the largest in the region with 5 locations. I later became a broker and started managing the office I worked in from 2003 to 2006. I left in January 2006 to open my own independent office Prestige Realty. I looked at many different franchises to affiliate with over the years and noticed the franchise of Advance Realty in 2008. I watched them grow over the next two years and decided to affiliate with them in May of 2010 to become Advance Prestige Realty. They are an alternative brokerage model similar to what I was already offering. It was a perfect match and gave me the support I was looking for to help grow my office and give my clients that extra marketing edge.
